Area Information
Lake Coeur d'Alene is 30 miles long, ranges from 1 to 3
miles wide and offers over 109 miles of shoreline for you to
enjoy.
The lake is fed by the Coeur d'Alene, St. Joe and St.
Maries rivers which provide you with places to do some
fishing, boating, swimming, or exploring.
You can also take advantage of the Spokane River at the
north end of the lake for touring, swimming, and general
recreation.
If you need an adrenaline rush, there are many options
for you to choose from on the lake, including
runabout boat and personal
watercraft rentals, Seaplane Rides, and paragliding.

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is located on Interstate 90 and
Highway 95 and is easily accessed by air or car. Spokane
International Airport is conveniently located about 40 miles
from Coeur d'Alene, and serves as the major airport for the
area.
Coeur d'Alene enjoys four distinct seasons, including
snowy winters (especially up on the ski mountains!) and

You can spend your entire visit right on the lake, but if
you want to venture into town you can also find many
exciting things to do. One of the area's major tourist
attractions is
Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach Water Park. The
park is located about 15 miles north of Coeur d'Alene on
Highway 95 and is fun for all ages.
